My Approach

I know what it feels like to carry responsibility in your mind all day long. Research. Teaching. Leading. Planning. Showing up for everyone else.

Yoga became my reset button.

My approach is gentle, grounded, and beginner-friendly. I guide slow transitions, simple poses, and long pauses — because sometimes what we really need is permission to move at a human pace.

In every offering, you can expect:

  • Grounding, steady movement

  • Space to breathe without rushing

  • Inclusive language for real bodies

  • A tone rooted in compassion — not correction

If you’ve ever thought, “Yoga probably isn’t for me,” you are exactly who I’m thinking about.

Frequently asked questions

Always consult your healthcare provider first. I provide modifications, but you are responsible for honoring your body’s limits.

I believe wellness should be accessible. Some programs include tiered pricing or community rates when available. You’ll always see pricing clearly listed before registration.

Yes. Programs are structured progressively and include guidance for those new to yoga or contemplative practices.

A yoga mat and enough space to move comfortably. Optional props:

  • Yoga blocks

  • A blanket

  • A strap

  • A journal (especially for reflection-based series)

  • Weekly yoga sessions: 30–45 minutes

  • Short meditations: 5–15 minutes

  • Seasonal series: Structured multi-week journeys

Not at all. Flexibility is something we develop, not something you need beforehand. My classes are designed to meet you where you are — whether that’s your first class or your hundredth.

Some programs (like seasonal series or Lent journeys) intentionally integrate scripture, prayer, and reflection. Other classes focus on breath, movement, and nervous system regulation without explicit faith elements. Each offering is clearly labeled so you can choose what fits you best.

Currently, most offerings are virtual (live + replay). In-person workshops and retreats are offered periodically.

Most classes are beginner-friendly with layered options. I offer modifications and progressions so you can adjust intensity as needed.
